OVERVIEW

The Accelerated Leadership program generates the additional leadership capacity to lead and achieve results in dynamic organisations.   This stimulating leadership program enables participants to reflect on and refine their skills and experience to become better leaders.

Throughout the Program’s three phases, participants are called on to observe, analyse and evaluate themselves and others.  Participants are engaged with and supported by their peers who are in similar roles and by our expert facilitators.

The Accelerated Leadership Program is rigorous and challenging; equally it is reassuring and collegiate in style and approach.

PROGRAM DESCRIPTION

The Program has three phases:

Phase 1:  Pre-Workshop Preparation

This phase gets the thinking and learning started early.  Amongst their preparation, participants are required to:

  • Complete the provided self-evaluation of leadership capacity.
  • Think about and decide on a current/recent job challenge to share in the confidential environment of the workshop.

Phase 2:  The Two-Day Experiential Group Workshop

The following five modules are covered:

Module 1:  Meeting Job Challenges
Module 2:  Leading People
Module 3: Respecting Self and Others
Module 4: Confronting and Clearing Hurdles
Module 5:  Future Leadership Development

Phase 3:  Feedback and Coaching Session

At an appointed time following the workshop, a face-to-face Executive Coaching session with the Program Facilitator to check on progress and plan for further leadership development.

PROGRAM INCLUSIONS

The Program has built-in rigour and accountability through its tri-phase structure.  There are individual and group learning components including:

  • Leadership Capacity Self-Assessment process
  • Experiential workshop over two days including full catering 
  • All Workshop materials
  • Resource Guidebook
  • One-Hour Executive Feedback and Coaching session
