Executive Presence for Women

EXECUTIVE PRESENCE FOR WOMEN

A People Results' Workshop

The Challenges

"How am I being perceived by those who matter inside and outside my organisation?"

"Do I project myself as a leader of projects and people?"

"Am I doing and saying the right things?"

These questions - and others like them - will be "top of mind" for many emerging women leaders who are required to interact at senior levels of their organisation and in external forums.

Have these questions and many others answered at an Executive Presence for Women workshop.  You may wish to attend one of our public workshops which are scheduled regularly throughout the year.

Our next Brisbane workshop is being held on Wednesday, 28th March, 2012 from 9am to 1pm.   Places are limited due to our small group format so securing your place or places early is recommended.

OVERVIEW

Highly-effective leaders have a different set of skills to their technical and professional skills.  They have “executive presence” which is how to be perceived as a leader by those who matter inside and outside your organisation.  In fact, everything we do and say is absorbed and interpreted by others who decide whether we fit into their framework of leadership, or not.

Executive presence is a prerequisite for anyone who aspires to a senior leadership role in their organisation.

The Executive Presence for Women Workshop is stimulating, interactive and practical.   Participants gain a keen appreciation of the strengths and abilities they need to acquire to be a suitable candidate for a key executive role.
